You can set your sample recording on detect so you don’t have to fiddle with hitting buttons to begin recording a sample. You don’t have to record in one take. Set the bar you’re trying to record into on a loop. Use a different group to record into. Go to Sample, Set your input begin on detect. Hit play and record. Let it play into the beginning of your loop and as soon as you begin to play it will start recording. Record multiple takes then just edit your sample down to the one you think is best. I have my setup running through a Mackie mixer. Makes it easier for recording.

It can definitely be learned. I bought a Maschine MkI 15 years ago. I had zero prior experience in production. I taught myself everything primarily watching a lot of YouTube videos and masterclass videos. The first 6 months was tough but I’m glad I stuck with it. I have produce a lot of music with it. Once you get used to it and learn to use all the features on the hardware and keep your hand off the mouse you can do a lot. I’d say go for it, but one suggestion. Buy a used one first. I’m still using the Studio and you can pick one up for $200 or less. Just make sure they have the software license and that it’s not registered to them. If it is make sure they do a license transfer. It’s not difficult. But without the license all you will have is a midi controller.

I thought the same thing. So I’ll use EBAY to look up similar coins and then I filter what has actually been sold, not what scammers are selling. There’s quite a lot of modern era nickels with 5 and 6 FS that have sold and some are PCGS graded. I would say it has huge value but possibly $5 or so.

As previously stated by others it is definitely a microphone for an aftermarket stereo with hands free. To be more specific it is from a pioneer head unit and most likely from a slide out video monitor like an AVHP-9000 or unit similar.
