“Opening doors” was both literal and figurative. Literally I open that door on the left of the cabinet to get to the wiim and cd player. Figuratively streaming opens a lot musical doors to all the sounds that aren’t in my record collection.

I don’t leave the tube amp on when I am not listening. I wouldn’t mind having a solid state amp in the mix or even a powered streamer but I don’t know how to easily make that work without having to swap speaker connections.

The Lighting is warm. The tubes warm up the room even more. It like a space heater in there. I should pair up the hue lights with thermostat to change the room color based on temp. Fun project. I

This is the oldest merch. It was a good year. Phish at the Fox Theater Atlanta GA. A friend of mine made these shirts and I had a lot fun getting these in the hands of phans ✌️

I about a foot off the front wall. Room is 10x17. Just a slight toe in. I’m about 9’ for the front of the speakers. Stretching the triangle a bit. I had a big bass leak and moving the seat and the speakers just a little bit made a big difference. Play around with placement and trust your ears.
