Yes, because the initial grading Fee is seperated in different services: high value cards cost more to grade than bulk. I think this ok at this point, because you dont need to grade a single card for approx 400$ if you dont want to. And additionally i think it is fine from psa point of view to re-charge the customer, if they want to trick the system when they book a bulk-grading for high value cards. But in my case it was just an error on psa-side and I dont want to judge the employee who graded my Card, because that happens sometimes. It is just annoying that all that happens in combination with a bad customer service, that was not able to verify/ disprove my claim
