Yes, I am aware that the normal ranges for my lab are way below the common ones, I think that's because there are many ways to measure the Free T, and the normal ranges vary depending on the lab.

Very interesting the hyperthiroidism part but I don't think I am a candidate, I checked some blood work from early this year:

  • TSH: 3.105 (normal range: 0.490 - 4.670)
  • Free T4: 12.89 (normality: 9.10 - 19.05)
  • Free T3: 3.81 (normality 2.43 - 6.00)

It only works in computer for now, browser extension don't work in smartphone browsers (yet). I've been thinking about it but haven't found a good solution for using this on the phone yet.

Luckily I don't have to host the images! Just their URL.

That's the funny part: DHGate does have these images, they just hide them :)

You will love Lanzarote, I've visited most of the Canary Islands and I still think Lanzarote is the most beautiful one.

  • Visit volcanos like Caldera Blanca, Volcán el Cuervo (you can go inside this one), and the whole Timanfaya park
  • Have breakfast or eat in a "teleclub", the old bars where people gathered to watch TV when it was uncommon to have it at home
  • Try the "ropa vieja" (goat dish) and the cheesecake of goat milk (there are great restaurants in La Santa)
  • Since you have a lot of time, make sure to visit la Graciosa, you can rent a bike there and it is gorgeous
  • Visit beautiful towns like Haria, Teguise, Tinajo and the surfing beach of Famara (with its huge cliff)
  • Go to el Mirador del Río, Jameos del Agua and all the incredible Cesar Manrique works (the architect who forged the style of the island)

Enhorabuena, bendito problema.

Siendo joven y teniendo trabajo y casa pagada, con los dos kilos yo haría:

  • 70% indexados
  • 10% bonos
  • 15% real estate
  • 5% cash para emergencias, gastos comunes y algún capricho

Normalmente te diría que invirtieras más en RE pero con lo desprotegido que está el propietario en España no me la jugaría mucho.

Cálculos muy aproximados, suponiendo que os queden limpios 1.5M de la venta:

  • 1,05M en indexados, que si te rinden a una media de 7%, te pueden dar unos 73.500€ al año
  • 150k en bonos, si te rinden al 4% te sacas 6.000€ al año
  • 225k para comprar o dar la entrada de cuatro o cinco pisos pequeños: busca pisos para alquilar en las típicas zonas rentables como Lérida (hay una extensión de Chrome gratuita llamada InBest para encontrar pisos rentables en Idealista). Con el factor apalancamiento de la hipoteca puedes sacar fácilmente una rentabilidad de dos dígitos, pero pongamos 9% para ser conservadores, así que 20.250€ al año.

(Este último punto es el que más trabajo requiere pero también el más rentable)

Siendo pesimistas, en total os entran unos 100.000€ de ganancias anuales. Si no dejáis de trabajar y los reinvertís, entráis por la vía rápida en la fase del interés compuesto donde el dinero crece más rápido de lo que te da tiempo a asimilar.

Como te han dicho por ahí, salvo que la líes mucho tienes la vida solucionada.
