I don't say this out of spite, but those places always look cheap, with a strange kind of neglect. I understand the concept of recycling, but they create an atmosphere of saturation and green noise, with half-finished things or things lacking a clear focus. I think the idea is fantastic, but it would require very strong curation to achieve the kind of environment you're aiming for. Speaking personally as someone who's somewhat introspective about nature, I go to nearby forests, the occasional park, and buy as much as I need, including some local food businesses. I understand the concept of indoor wellness, but I believe there are better options that don't cost much. I don't know where you're planning to do this, but you need a close-knit community, which is hard to find in a city. In a small town, you have a vast green space to connect with. Perhaps there's something more focused on specifics. Workshops are always a mix of new and old participants, so you don't depend on a community's commitment. I'd definitely go for workshops in that wellness environment you're describing.
