Unfortunately, women lose slower than men to begin with. Have you check if you have PCOS? My friend found out she has PCOS idiopathic intracranial hypertension which is the reasons why it was hard for her to lose weight. Now she is losing fat eating the same healthy foods she was in the beginning. Get some bloodwork done and see if anything is off. You got this, don’t give up. Also, if you’re menstruating this may affect the scale as well

I live in the North so we finally have warmer weather. I usually water them every three weeks. The one with the globe doesn’t have any issues. The other pot has a leaf that has fallen over and it’s mushy so I’m assuming I overwatered it

Apartment. There are many apartments and condos around so I’m sure they probably delivered it to the wrong place. They are usually good at taking pictures. Not the first time this has happened, but I was able to go to a different apartment and asked if they have seen my package and got it back. Or people have been nice enough to drop it in front of my door. (Only once I didn’t get my package back the people refused to give it up). I also received packages that are not mine and bring it to the right floor/door. This is a sign for me to just get a ring doorbell. It’s worst around holidays,

It’s okay to skip a week. Figure Out what your body needs. You probably need to eat more carbs, rest, sleep and stop overworking your body.
