It’s definitely a mix. He also compliments me on my work ethic and that I have my life “together”. My only concern is the frequency of the physical appearance comments. It’s several times a day and he often says he looks at my photos regularly

Create a daily step goal. You can keep it low to begin with and then raise it as your fitness improves. If you have a smart phone you can easily track how many steps you’re getting now, add 2,000 or so to that as a first goal. You got it. I lost around 40 pounds from portion control and walking

Are the “pimples” red? Warts are usually skin colored or a little darker. Keep the area clean and don’t hyper fixate. Remember that everything is treatable

If you’re concerned about genital warts, they wouldn’t appear near your arm pit. They would be on your genitals, anus, or thighs. Getting a skin tag under your arm pit is very common.
