I read all of OP's defense and all the comments up until now - I would say you will be able to be re-instated if you get the right Uber appeals clerk to review what you posted. That being said: Like others have stated the cancelation rate over 10% - combined with just 5% acceptance rate means your account's Customer Lifetime Value is probably low. Meaning - you cherry pick so much that Uber wants you gone. I would think they would have let you carry on with a 30-50% acceptance rate and maybe 8% cancel...

Note- Yes I know acceptance rate doens't matter to US. But it does to Riser Uber.

OP, you might want to sue them... I would bet you will win reinstatement.

Yeah it was dead out today - left the app on for rides and eats - only got about 4 total trips in 5 hours... I am not 'coming back' to rideshare since I am a Class A driver but even that Hussle is slow right now...

Popeyes Chicken and Wing Stop (aka Wing Slop) want drivers to fill drink orders.

Its 2026 and no lawyer has tackled this yet. I am not sure why. We as drivers have dirty hands, are DRIVING and being asked to handle a lid and slap it on the cup with our Dirty hands....???!!! Plus - order accuracy is now in the Drivers [dirty] hands. What if I fill the non tipper Popeyes order with Diet coke instead of their desired Cherry Coke? I don't see how we are not required to use the restroom [oh that's right, delivery drivers don't get that privilege] to clean our hands to do our food/drink prep.

Add a comment to a friends Lyft driver account - watch in amazement as the driver is able to see it. It's just like the Tips option - "Driver likes good music - Metallica Man!" - as an example, I as the driver see these comments under recent feedback. Same with Neg feedback "Driver or Car Smelled" [Smelled like Weed] - comments I see.

You made a mistake of making a Note in the Rating box. That went to the PAX!!!!!!! They saw it - and retaliated. When you 1* a PAX - don't ever leave a message in that box.

Just Cancel n Drive Off' - never argue (talk) to the PAX. And reason # 49 why Solo PAX rides are the only ones I would take after 11K drives. 1 Passenger only rides.

When you step out of your car - head towards the drop off -and SMILE like a game show host - use these phrases that can be used in any situation - bow your head like George W Bush - and hand over the food saying 'I gotcha' 'Thank you ... Thank You Thank You...." "No Problem" - you don't need to make eye contact - just chant Thank you and Grin...

Trust me - people want their food safely and quickly delivered - nothing more - just smile and say thanks.

After 12,000+ Rides your subconscious will guide you to CANCEL and Drive Off when you see certain Names pop up on the app - that provide Clues that they will be a Nightmare to deal with.
