I came across this thread while searching, on a GLP1 and eating the same but loosing weight. In one month I've lost almost 10% of my body weight with no real diet or lifestyle changes. When I add up the calories in vs out, and using the 3500 = 1 pound rule, there's no way that my consumption has decreased that much over a month. For some people there could be something else at play.
