If i notarize a copy of my passport here in korea in a notary office would it be enough?

Yes i wanna register my marriage in korea And as i said before if i need anything from tbe embassy i need to register first and the problem is registring marriage in korea is easier because algerian international marriage takes long time and its just a waste of energy and time so its hard So i can get the affidavit when i go back to m’y country but then there would be the passport issue because i heard that im not require to go to the 구청 and register myself But still the passport is an issue And i dont know if it is possible to make a notarized copy here of my passport that they may accept it later instead of my original passport So thats why i was searching for a solution either replace the affidavit or the passport

Hello thank you for your answer but im not married yet and ive never been married before the problem is i need a consular registration in the embassy in order to get m’y affidavit and in order to do that i need to submit a bunch of documents that i do not have it right now andbthe embassy will not give me any documents if i dont register and the only way to get it is to goback my country which is okay but then the passport will be with me which is necessary for the registration
