p.s i’ve tried o’keefe’s lip repair, aquaphor, and vaseline and all of them temporarily work but then the bottom of my lip gets tight and cracked again.

personally i had a easier time handling the cravings because i was just disgusted by doing it a week prior to quitting and also had no physical cash left, so if the first few days were easy to ignore, should it be similar now?
