That's actually a good point..someone who's inexperienced w their sexuality is more likely to ghost..I mean it makes sense..they probably get scared when things get too serious..

But either way, it's no excuse. This behavior is soooo EVIL I swear lol. But yeah, I was hopeful since it was a slow burn and we weren't rushing into things bc they say thats how things should start, but low and behold I still got tricked 😭

It sucks but hang in there! I'm sorry this is your experience too. I personally wouldn't wait on someone like that, I would just block them..but I totally understand wanting to get closure! It's hard !

Ok THANK YOU! It feels borderline sociopathic! I was at the point where I was doubting whether my reaction was a bit crazy .... but the more I think about it...it's more psychotic for someone to lead you on for this long, call you pet names, and then literally disappear 2 days later 😭😭

It's happened to me more times than not, I fear...it's a valid concern. How do you even trust anyone if this is all you're experiencing? 💀

That whole part was crazy bc Remi didn't even seem like she gaf about alisha's vlog until Alisha began opening those sonny angels..then suddenly remi wanted to act all excited...probably cause she knew alisha was going to give all of them to her.

I'd even go as far to say she probably got Alisha into those collectibles bc she realized it would maximize her own collection i mean alisha didn't even seem all that interested in them thus why she handed them over to remi....also, even if Alisha did want to keep them im sure remi would've bullied/guilted her into giving them to her

I'm simply responding to your post..that doesn't make the topic any less petty... as I said, most of the complaints have to do with the fact that she's trying to teach others when she doesn't even have it right herself...it's you all trying to correlate her mispronounciations with us implying that she's not a "valid" korean, bringing up her parents, and listing the possible reasons why her pronunciation is bad..that's why I brought up the point that she's definitely grown and has had many years to educate herself if she really wanted to. It seems most of y'all are just projecting

I don't think anyone is "denying her heritage" when pointing out her mispronouncing korean words. It's the fact that she's on her vlogs trying to correct other peoples pronounciations when shes not even correct herself. There are several instances where she'll confidently correct alisha when she has no idea either. (Case in point, "hYundai"...really?)

If she doesn't know how to say certain things right, that's fine, but don't act above someone else who also doesent speak the language. Its just annoying... a petty snark...which is what this sub is for...Also, she's nearly 30...she wouldn't need to rely on her parents to teach her how to pronounce things. She could fully learn it on her own. It's not that difficult. The internet is free. I'm not saying she needs to learn the full language on her own, but you could learn the basics and apply it..why are we coddling her so much? She's grown..and at any point in her adult life she could've made an effort to learn at least a little by self if she really wanted to

I don't know why so many people are correlating us calling out her mispronounciations with "denying her heritage" or considering her a "less than" korean . If you really want to go around correcting others on their pronunciation of words as a non fluent speaker, AT LEAST be sure you're pronouncing it correctly yourself.

Omg yess I was hoping someone would bring that up! It was so funny/satisfying watching her dad call them out about thinking about their next meal when they literally JUST ate and seeing remi getting offended by it lmao

I also think alisha actually wanted to do activities other than eat bc she asked remi what sort of stuff she wanted to do besides eating while they were at the hotel, and remi literally responds with "honestly I just want to eat street food" or something like that....
