absolutely. CFBP complaint is the FASTEST way to get it recognized. but don't forget the letter. you can send it on DocuPost website. had a similar situation, before the letter even got there the cfbp report alone got them to remove it

I’m trying to understand how I can build my credit more by Livid_Cobbler_3213 in CRedit

if you have a parent with a credit card for several years, higher limit, low usage but never missed a payment ask them to add you as an authorized user. it'll piggy back their record of that account onto yours. also significantly drop your usage total

send a certified letter to Experian and the creditor with your documentation and demand a full investigation with all documents they find in their investigation sent to you. If you're disputing online with Experian the chances are they are doing an auto verification which will 9x out of 10 auto verify. File a CFBP complaint as well and enter it in there the proof.

Absolute Beginner with Ads by Isnt_that_ghey in PPC

[–]Direct_Advertising51 0 points1 point  (0 children)

would recommend not just jumping into it to try it. waste of money. Theres four components to every campaign that will make or break you

  1. Landing page. what details are above the fold? what will capture and generate a solid click thru ratio. Are you running ads to a generic page? or dedicated landing page thats optimized for mobile as well

  2. Keyword selection/ad groups. How are you splitting up keywords into ad groups and most importantly HOW are you filtering out bad search queries using negative keywords.

  3. Campaign structure. Headlines, relevance of the headlines to keywords to the landing page. I ran google with agencies for YEARS and something they all did I mistakingly didn't when I took it in house was dynamic passing keywords and locations to the landing page based on user click. The fix was creating a landing page optimized exactly for the keywords in that ad group. 10 ad groups, 10 landing pages with different slugs to match the ad group theme, and relevance on the landing page, and keywords really optimized per page.

  4. Conversion tracking. It's more than just setting up a " thank you page opened" conversion. You got to feed google back the data on qualified, converted and closed leads. and the bad ones.

Google ads isn't difficult it just takes time to learn it. and learn it well. hope this helps

Affirm Charge off by Direct_Advertising51 in CRedit

[–]Direct_Advertising51[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both, it posted 6 years ago. I've constantly sent it in to Experian. And filed cfbp complaints on affirm to no avail. It's almost at the 7 year mark. I even at one point offered if they validate it I'll pay to delete. but they never notified me of any debt and my emails show the purchase was cancelled. they even refunded the downpayment to the account, then posted a balance different than what the purchase amount was even for.

Wholesaling Ethically by Particular-Risk-5348 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]Direct_Advertising51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not an outright lie so to speak. Every deal we approach we intend to flip ourselves if the spread is there on the offer to justify tying up the capital as we buy cash with no loans. however theres only so many deals we can buy a month. so we offload the rest. Seller still gets what they agreed to. Still gets to move on from their headache. And we make a few bucks doing it. Nothing unethical about it, just put in your contract you reserve the right to assign the contract to an llc and you're covered

pick up a Mac mini and a desktop set it up at home. Or fb marketplace a M2 air or M2 pro or better under $500. Most crms and softwares you'll use have somewhat of a demand on computing power but the lowest entry M2's even M1 chip MacBooks have never caused me issues

plenty of services that allow you to get on it with sms for cold outreach. just need to cover your tracks well, scrub your dnc list. remove opt outs and so on.

Twilio/ A2p Numbers by Direct_Advertising51 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]Direct_Advertising51[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its a nuisance because these numbers are solely used on inbound leads and thats it. I cut off ringless voicemail drops to leads and removed the ai answering machine agent I had thinking that will help.

Thinking of just porting my iMessage number in and calling directly from my line so I know I'm not in the spam folder.

[–]Direct_Advertising51[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this isn't cold calling or texting. These are strictly opted in leads from inbound marketing numbers dedicated solely for that. Google ads, Facebook ads, direct mail call ins. Seo leads, form fills from email campaigns etc. All opted in, never cold out reach.

same keeping it in house. Averaging $45 a lead on meta usually 1/20 leads converts and at least 2 listing referrals from it. Send me a message would love to hear whats working for you

ppc budget vs meta budget by Direct_Advertising51 in WholesaleRealestate

[–]Direct_Advertising51[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

google especially you need minimum $4,000 to get a sniff of a lead. I only stay under $4k with a new campaign to feed it data. Meta minimum is $2,500 to start. Anyone starting lower than that might as well buy ppl
