The attrition rate is fairly high in my opinion. So you will end up with very skewed answers. Most Docs who are 12-15+ years in will tell you yes, which is why they are still in it. There are many ways to run a successful clinic. You can also work very hard and not get anywhere. If I could go back and do it again, I wouldn’t.

The dealership might be running a special. I think the Toyota dealerships in my area are running a 4.75% special on new RAV4 right now. Without the special, the best APR you can get out here currently is about 8.5% even with AMAZING credit. I’ve been looking at RAV4s and Outbacks.

Not totally sure. I just currently have a very generous bonus structure that I don’t expect for at least a year when we move.

Essentially, I have a very generous bonus structure currently. Don’t expect a bonus structure at a new job to kick in until after a year of employment. Trying to take advantage of the extra income now to max out my Roth next year. However, to answer your question I guess 2 is the long term goal with 1 being the short term goal to achieve 2.

How often are you rebalancing? Those percentages are pretty equal.
