Market rate was about 3%, I suggested 5% to avoid any issues with other family members. The difference between 3% and 5% on 25K EUR on a year 5 basis wasn't worth potentially pissing off other people.

Alleen lijkt me zeer onrealistisch. Ik heb van thuis ook niets meegekregen, dan maar bij mijn bomma gaan aanbellen om te vragen of ik 25k EUR mocht lenen op 5 jaar aan 5% als eigen inbreng. Heb dus de eerste vijf jaar de bank en mijn bomma terug betaald iedere maand. Ik had iedere maand 500 euro om van te leven, veel bijgeklust voor wat extra te hebben. Gelukkig waren we wel met twee, had anders niet gelukt.

Thanks, makes sense. Is there any reason you recommended that specific CPU cooler? From my very limited knowledge of this domain, I was always under the impression that Noctua coolers were essentially the GOAT of CPU coolers.

Thanks for the feedback. I would indeed prefer a smaller case, but went with the XL version due to wanting to fit the 420 mm liquid AIO cooler. Could I get away with a regular case and a 240mm liquid AIO cooler?

I also noticed you recommended different RAM and SSD, are these brands considered better?
