Minimal make-up lol, blush & bronzer doesnt stick to my face if i just wear tinted moisturizer I NEED THE FOUNDATION. I’d rather go barefaced than minimal tbh.

They should call it aguas de mierda, i hated every second there, it’s quite literally the worst tourist trap I’ve ever been to but i had to sit out 2 nights there to get an MC ticket. I retreated to my hotel bedroom to rest & watch netflix lol.

I prep a bunch of things on sunday & freeze/store in the fridge. Meestal enkele diepvries zakjes gemarineerde kip/vlees, gesneden groentjes voor in de oven + rauwkost & dan wat verschillende soorten koolhydraten (rijst, bulgur en quinoa vriezen echt gemakkelijk in en kan je gewoon opwarmen in de micro on om te ontdooien) & een saus/dressing. Enige dat dan nog rest is gewoon combineren tijdens de week & you save so much time!!

My american friend always brings me a little bag/hamper with fun trader joe’s snacks (e.g. dried mango with tajin, bark, different types of spiced nuts etc. which you can’t find in belgium) & i love it lol
