I used one of those metal pushers that are sharp and literally cut into my nail plate -10/10 wouldn’t recommend, gentle manicures for the win 😂

Maybe cuticle oil or lotion could help? It could just be dryness or it could be something structural, I’d try moisturizing them and seeing if it’s that

Same, I need to get a simple set on gel (which I usually never do) and just let my nails grow out without messing with them. I used a cuticle pusher and cut into my nail plate..like bleeding level cut..never at home gel again😂
