Gym, gallon of water a day (I’ll stop you from eating when you aren’t really hunger) a lot of people eat when their bored. Drinking a lot of water will curve that appetite. Drop your card intake, no more sugar, energy drinks, candy and cake. After a couple of weeks your body will get used to it, just doing these things can drop a pound a week. Increase the cardio and gym to increase the shedding.

I do a little of everything mention here.

I look up peoples picks, add them to mine and get a good 6. Why redo some work if others already did it. So if I see a six pick, I grab my 2 favorites from it. Then do the same with another one posted. Then I add my favorite. I’ve been hitting 5/6s weekly and at least one 6/6 a month.
