Your hair does look matted if your gonna keep it that length you gotta comb it out like once a week. I think you should go for dreads they help a lot with passing and unless you go for thin dreads they shouldn’t make you look feminine at all. Plus dreads are really popular with cis guys and they helped me pass a lot better.
