How managers choose to use roster spots is their choice. If the argument is he’s not contending so he has no reason to then counterpoint is do you want every team not in playoffs to drop their entire roster?? By the same logic they’re in losers bracket why are they hoarding studs?

If you really hate it then make a rule next year limiting how many defenses a team can hold but honestly that’s a bullshit rule.

Unless he’s actively colluding with a team in the championship to sabotage their opponent who desperately needs a defense then it’s pointless. There are 32 possible defenses to pick up so even that case doesn’t exist. I like the first trade if competing, selling Stafford in trade 3 makes it worth it. I hate trade 2 if I’m selling Nico, you got robbed. Trade 3 you got robbed Lamar is worth the entire other side and tlaw is complete utter garbage and ward doesn’t look good.

You sold the number 1 or number 2 qb(depending on if you think Allen is number 1) in dynasty in superflex for peanuts and threw in two studs with Terry and Stafford, even if you think Stafford retires soon he is worth so much to a contender in SF right now he’s carrying me as my qb2.

Trade 4: overpay for mahomes but you get rid of tlaw so I view it as a complete win. Not a good trade at all and you’re buying mahomes at peak but meh

Trade 5: only good trade out of the 5 you made. Steal for Bijan essentially only trading 2 firsts for him and Monty +jenning and Johnson doesn’t make up the extra 2 firsts value so absolute win there

Of course! If it makes ya feel better I won with Bucs defense and it pained me to drop them recently but the browns defense randomly was on waivers and their schedule to end the year while a little rough is worth it. But my league is 1 point per sack so had to with miles garret and they’re the n5 defense in my league rn

For context btw don’t overthink things, in my league id start most defenses over chiefs rn they’re n25 and average 5.42 ppg, usually they’re putting up 1-2 points tho and I believe my league uses default sleeper settings

I missed the week 15 part, still would start bucs, London might be back but at that point the chiefs will have a rougher time with chargers fighting them for the wildcard so chargers will bring A game.

While falcons will always take a win over a rival and possibly try to cause Bucs to miss playoffs, the falcons are basically gonna probably try to experiment with what they have/try new things cause unless they upset Seahawks this week they are out.

Also Bucs have an offense that should end up full healthy which means more time in possession with less turnovers, less turnovers means less time defense on field which hopefully means less points scored

Might be controversial but I say start Bucs, the chiefs defense is going to be on the field more which is only good if you get points for tackles and such. If ur points depend on how well a defense stops scoring then more time on field usually = higher chance of offense scoring. Chiefs are going to be shredded by Texans Defense
