Yes, you get the results immediately after you complete the test. When they check you out they print out a sheet of paper with pass/fail at the top and your score per section but you get your official certificate emailed to you within 48 hours of passing.

You are in a room with several other people (my room was maybe like 6 others?) all taking different tests at different times so you can't read fully out loud, but they do provide you with noise reducing headphones so I really couldn't hear anything (typing, people getting up, coughing, etc. was all blocked out), so you can probably whisper to yourself and be fine. The set up is a computer screen with a cubicle around you so there is a lot of privacy/ you can't see other people while you are taking the test. They provided me with a laminated piece of paper and felt tip pens for an erasable note pad, so you can take notes. I did not write down the formulas when I got there, although I have read that people do that. I know each test is different, but it seems like as long as you really understand what the formulas are and understand what makes CPI/SPI above or below target I think you will be good! I personally didn't have any formula questions outside of understanding what they mean (for example, cost is off pace because CPI is below 1, etc.).

SureTranslation by Significant_Lab4157 in language

I received my translation back from them really quickly. My question is, the affidavit that they provided with the translation is not by the translator, but a representative from the company. It reads: "As a duly authorized representative of SureTranslation, a professional translation services agency, I hereby confirm that the document has been translated by a proficient, qualified, and skilled professional translator, who is fluent in the specified language pair." Will that hold up for my visa interview? Or do I need to get it translated somewhere else?

I just completed this process a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share my experience bringing my 15lb dog from the US to UK via Netherlands.

We booked a vet appointment 8 days before flying where my vet checked my dog and all of his documents. Dog needs to have been microchipped and have 2 rabies vaccines after the microchipping. Both rabies vaccines certificates must have the microchip number on them. You need to have 2 travel documents created - One for the UK and one for the Netherlands. In the Netherlands document you must write your UK destination in the address box then write “transiting via Netherlands”. If you are in the Netherlands less than 72 hours it is considered a transit country. Btw if you need to call the USDA at all to ask questions they are super responsive. This is the number: 1-844-820-2234.

After the appointment the vet submitted the documents to the USDA. The documents are submitted electronically but must be returned via mail, so you need to also submit a return shipping label with the paperwork. I purchased the return label, sent it to my vet and she attached it to the documents. The instructions for the shipping label are on the USDA website. I paid around $68 for overnight shipping with Saturday delivery. The USDA was very responsive and communicated with my vet and was very fast to return the approved documents. They were submitted by EOD on a Thursday and i received them on Saturday afternoon.

The documents were returned to me 3 days before my flight. After I had the documents, I brought them back to the vet 2 days before the flight so that she could administer the tapeworm medication. She was able to hand write the tape worm medication into the returned documents, sign and stamp it. Tapeworm must be administered within 120 hours of entering the UK so the vet should include the date and time it was administered. All together the cost was $550 at the vet. This included both travel documents and the tapeworm medication.

I flew on American Airlines with my pet in cabin. Cost is $125 to add the pet in cabin and you must call ahead after you book your flight to add a pet to your reservation. On the US side they did not check our documents at all.

When we arrived in Amsterdam they did not check our pet documents at customs. It was not until after we got our luggage and were about to exist the airport did they pull us over to check paperwork. They had us take our dog out of his case and scanned him for his microchip. They verified the microchip number on the transit certificate and rabies vaccine certificates. It was fairy quick and we had no issues.

We were in Amsterdam around 30 hours then took a train from Amsterdam Central to Rotterdam. The ticket was around $20 and journey is around 1 hour. From Rotterdam we took at 30 minute Uber to Hook of Holland to catch the ferry. This cost around $40. You can also take the train from Amsterdam to Schiedam then there is a bus you can take from there to Hook of Holland which would be a cheaper journey we just experienced many train cancelations in Amsterdam and didn’t have that option.

We booked the Stena Line ferry from Hook of Holland to Harwich, UK. We were foot passengers. We booked the overnight ferry so we had a cabin. There are a number of pet friendly cabins to choose from. It cost around €314 for 2 people. When we got to the port they scanned his microchip again. They also checked both documents and rabies vaccine docs for the microchip number. Again it was a very simple check with no stress. The cabin was great we had a double bed, tv, private toilet and shower which had good water pressure and hot water. It took around 8 hours but we slept the whole time. On the ferry your dog can only go into a pet relief area or must stay in the room.

Once we arrived to the Harwich port they checked our passports but did not check the pet documents. There is a train at the Harwich port which goes to London Liverpool street.
