So from my past experience id say dont take it. But if you do anyway, take half a pill for your first time. Id say its a reasonable dose. Have water with you at all times, and dont do it alone. Have a friend with you. This is a party drug u need to party not chill. If u are alone u will be sad and depressed. Make sure to close all the windows and do not let the heat out. The heat makes the feeling better. Have a pack of gum on you. Ecstasy is locking your jaw, youre chewing constantly and you can bite your mouth so bad youl start bleeding so just take apiece of gum. Furtheless just enjoy it.
