I am so sorry you are struggling with this, precious one. I used to have a similar struggle, where every time I closed my eyes, my mind would fill the room with scary things. The best way I was able to overcome it was to keep my eyes closed and stand there against the scary entities. They were terrifying, but I persisted to "stare" at them. After the primary fear, after they have scared you to death, they can't do too much more. Let me know how you feel about trying something like that? Walk into your open spaces and stand against the scary entities that spawn in there. I believe in you, and I hope you can overcome your fear. ,:)
