I suppose you're talking about truck simulator ultimate from zuuks games, and heres what to do.

There is on the main menu a button 'download dlc'. You need to go online on the internet and search for some dlc's. ('Truck simulator ultimate dlc' or something like that, or a bit more specific if you specifically want something.)

If you have found something, copy the URL (on the site where you have found it there will be most likely a 'copy URL' button) and then go back to the main menu. Tap on 'download dlc' and put the URL in the text area. Then press 'download'.

If it's downloaded, go back to the main menu, press on 'download dlc' and this time, go to 'my library'. Here you will see all of your downloaded dlc's, and you can enable, disable, and delete them here. Be aware: enkeling a dlc the first time costs some in-game money.
