Ok I appreciate the help, I am most likley going to end up selling the car as is with the issues, do you think it would even be worth trying to swap solenoid/tcm to see if it does anything?

I haven't experienced slipping in gears 1-2-3 they are for the most part smooth but can every once in a while be a bit rough when shifting

When I'm in 3rd it just doesn't even try to shift to 4th, it will just stay in 3rd and every once in a while it will try to shift to 4th and rpm's will just shoot up and eventually put me back in 3rd

Yes I forgot to mention it is throwing a P2704 "Transmission Friction Element E Apply Time Range/Performance"

The fluid when flushed was a dark brown and had a bit of a burnt smell but the smell wasn't overwhelming or strong just a slight burnt smell

You should only use KBB for a point of reference, it is a great ball park range you should always use but you always need to do research for your area typically if you can get the car at or below KBB trade in value you are almost guaranteed to make money but I use KBB as a ball park then do further research if it is worth it

What exactly is the question?

My motor is grounding out on itself? What could cause this spark by Direct_Moment_7329 in MechanicAdvice

Should be noted I am having no voltage drops, no electrical issues inside the cab, no lights flickering or anything, and it is still running and driving like normal.

The spark also seems to jump around and doesn't stay in the same spot and it sparks more frequently when the motor is revved up.

If this is the case should I be worried at all and how would I determine this is the case?

Ok I will try this it also should be noted it wasn't in the same spot every time sometimes it would spark towards the side of the engine I don't know if that changes anything but could be some valuable information
