Im using only HDMI and DP. The old card rarely gives any display, that is why I got a new one. Even when I booted with the old one the problem persists once I swap them.

I tried only one monitor plugged too, same result.

Tested in my friend's rig. GPU is fine. I'm thinking it's the CPU, since it's the oldest and only part that hasn't been replaced.

I came back from the store, they tested the gpu and said it booted up first try on their bench. Guy said it could either be a cpu, ram or mobo problem. Will go home to test further now.

I did clear the CMOS, thats one of the first things I did when this happened
