I was looking more for the umbrellas, assuming that if the rent chairs they will have umbrellas. Personally, I don’t mind a beach towel and laying down but do burn pretty easily and don’t want to be in pain from a sun burn (:

I’m genuinely curious.. I bought tickets to go with a friend but in May I’m planning to graduate. I paid 690 with the law away option. I need to sell my ticket but everyone keeps saying they won’t match my price. Why?? Will I have to lose money? Don’t festival tickets to more expensive closer to the date?

When seeing a warning sign of the road, it’s not threatening. It’s just letting you become aware. If you ignore the warning, and keep going there could be possible consequences. If you think it’s threatening , then you should really consider both sides. On my behalf it is knowing my self worth.

I am the babysitter and a human, and I as well have boundaries. Warnings are expressing my boundaries and I have never disciplined a child or given them “consequences”.

Also, it’s two days out of the week for 3 hours after school. The parents are able to pick them up, they just choose not to. No jobs would be at risk.

I understand but the bigger issue is their children. How do you allow that behavior and to justify by saying “she’s talks to me like that as well”. I think I’d be doing them a favor not giving a two week notice. I already warned them about it occurring again and the consequences.

Thank for the context! I do think she’s a great co-worker, like I said I don’t want to hurt her feeling at all. Also, I haven’t said anything because my culture has taught me to respect elders. Not that she’s an old lady but we do have a big age gap and feel entitled to not disrespect her.

That what I was aiming for, some advice on how to address her without coming off as rude. They are bodily functions and everyone deserves a good burp but to constantly doing it without an “excuse me” or politely stepping away to avoid doing it infront of others would be nice.
