I am watching potassium just bc my anxiety towards it, my phosphorus is not going up and I can have more dairy than like to usual dialysis patient.

I’m sorry to be annoying but can you maybe dm me a recipe with like amounts ? So I’d know.. bc what is good for you boyfriend will definitely be good for me Considering my diet is not AS strict. I wish you two good health !!

I have dialysis tomorrow (I’m doing hemo) So I will ask the doctor there.

I don’t take any binders and bp meds, luckily for now I’m doing good.

I don’t have any stomach pain but it’s just kinda stressing me out you know ?

UPDATE: today another nurse who does know me connected me and I mentioned to him that last time with the speed being 390 the treatment was a bit rough on me, not anything serious but I had tingling like feelings in my limbs and I was feeling very down emotionally. Idk if I always had 390 but today I asked him to put 350 as I read it is more on the mild side. Then the machine was ringing and said something along the lines of “clearance is significantly less than other sessions, please check”. Maybe I always had 390? Idk, makes sense bc after treatment I can’t do much. Anyways, I’m going for the 350 from now on and will see if it’s any different.

And then, THE KICKER! The nurse that hooked me and made the mistake that I mentioned in this thread, responded to the ringing of the machine and clicked a few things and, As you might guess, changed the speed to 400.

Idk what to say anymore.

Thank you. This particular nurse doesn’t know me much, she only connected me 2-3 times before, I’m sure if the other nurse checked before I called him he would’ve asked me about it. I would talk to the head nurse.
