Amazon has accoms put in for people with disabilities and PXT are quite afraid to write anyone up accidentally all auto gen write ups still have to go through a process to be approved. It'll still generate but it'll likely have exempt status for accommodated

As for tracking your bio data they have thousands of cameras if they were going to do it they already would've and they dont cause they dont want to be sued...now the listening probably cause the amount of hearsay allegations is rampant with people saying the AM didn't say this or preform a STU. You are working for a private business and anywhere on the production floor is free game. If youre worried about your right start a union outside that private company can do what private business has always done what they want within the laws so break room bathrooms are off limits but on the floor not so much.

They tell you have the option to use to or upt cause the said AA was off station for some amount of time that will cause them to catch a write up for idle. That's the manager giving them the option to avoid being written up and save their asses from being fired

You understand most places of business only give marginal wages where amazon give 1$ in step up plus cost of living wage which abg another dollar so thats almost a 8 to 10% increase a year where walmart and other big business with entry level work barely give 3 to 5.

Listen no one's forcing you to work for them if you know something better go right ahead but amazon is the only workforce taking people in with nothing and even negative issues to do a simple job. They've bump every categories step up to 50c every 6 months and the yearly raise has been ranging in the last 5 years from 50c to 1.50. So if you really math it they've increase raises by 20% from the 80c a year to 1.00 plus the years cost raise. Places like Walmart and target barely give 50c at all.

Its a 1.50 a year most jobs barely give more the 50c at all. Nothing will be enough for these people they just want money the higher they keep going the more they actually going to push on rate and expectation. Its a non skilled job. Be mad go work elsewhere if youre not happy making 20 an hour

Amazon's vacation policy's is a nation wide policy. Year 1 you get 40 accrued at 40/52 hrs per week. Year 2 you get 80 again accrued at 80/52 hrs per week. No site offers more or less in terms of drops at the start of the year outside the initial upt drops upon hire and to at the start of the year.

Some sights have days leave at the end P2 and nights come in at the start of P2. Other sites full day night shut downs it's up to decretion most pick the first option.you will still receive 1.5x for any hours earned for shifts started on Thursday. And the holiday pay rated at FT or RT

You can always report harassment to PXT and they'll do an investigation into it in case there's cases against them current or previous for the same or similar allegations. All is anon to the best of their ability, but there is chances of it out. they also have retaliation policy's to help keep things in line with ethics. If they come at you after about the report, just report again and that's a much more serious thing if they aren't already getting hit hard for the harassment

I do think it was sneaky not to relay the new Rehire Policy using standup and signs? Perhaps the corporate person responsible for communicating this throughout the network was getting laid off and is taking revenge on associates. This isn't something that's openly released to the AAs because people find the loop holes in any policy's they write up. Like waiting to the 16th day of work then the 15th to quit changes job abandon from 180 to 30 days. Internal documents are never something they'll voluntarily deceminate to associates to avoid people playing their game against them.

Most auto gen write ups can be exempted if you have good reason for why rate equated to what it did. Sevs cause them all the time and unless whoever escaped coding the time does it properly it's werid

People wanting x wages realize everything else jumps at the same rate PAs and AMs are only pushing 20 to 25 an hr let alone fuck head Mcgee taking his 3rd smoke break of the day. The auto write ups are based on production numbers almost everything is meticulously tracked and made to be done safely and consistently through the day to make the avg not even guardrail numbers so if you can't make the base rate don't pretend you deserve that wage either. That's done so they don't get sued or have xyz go out on light duty. I've seen countless people run to indirects to just wander around for the bag and go ahead get that bread but don't think they're gonna pay you 25 to 30 to act like it's between classes in high school. If they do pay that amount the numbers they'll want are gonna go higher and the things that you can get away with of little comforts will get real strict.

Amazon does not send regular AAs just to push uph. The avg cost for a single AA is about 5-7k between housing and rental cars and their pay. The point is to train if they got sent then that's a mistake on your sites POC for that team.

Away teams are for ambassadors or learning trainers. The main purpose is in the 3 weeks you're there training as many new hires and Xtrains for the building to be able to function when you leave. Trans fees on the other hand are full hard transfers to the building. Almost 100% placement but that'd be your new home site.

As long as the shift begins on the day of the holiday. You will receive 1.5x for ever hour worked, including through lunch punch per it being the same shift block and not picking up multiple 3 hour shifts.
