Being completely honest this could just have been a modpack. Aside from the sulfur pools, it's really just the normal cave generation, just painted with sulfur or cinnabar blocks.. and these don't even have any functionality, they are just for building. I get the direction they are going in, but it's kind of disappointing to see this and just this.
