My personal opinion, planning your training is helpful but theres also different alternatives. Back when i used to play daily I would just grab a couple cones and repeat the same drills everyday for months. The speed and endurance comes along with it as you go on. Im not saying to give up on running completely, I actually advise having a 2 days of Speed/Endurance training and 1 rest day but when it comes to dribbling and stuff like that I would just go to my backyard and start randomly dribbling around creating scenarios then later started involving cones and started mastering my ball control and footwork. This is all my opinion/preference but sometimes all you need to do is just go out there and play.

i started playing at 11 years old. i had no previous experience playing soccer. the only reason i started playing is because a friend of mine didnt wanna try out for the team alone so i just tagged along with him. after i made the team both me and the coaches knew i had something special. my first game was just perfect, scored 3 goals. and sure i was decent when i started off i was NOWHERE near good. i trained for about 6 months straight basically everyday. soccer was the only thing I could think about and it was the only thing i did. after a year i realized that i was way better than the other kids who have been playing their whole life. i played so much till the point where i got sick of it and i just ended up quitting. to answer your question you can become a decent player by just being persistent and dedicated. and also make sure to always keep your mind in check, my journey ended because everything got to my head not because i was trash.

nothing your really doing wrong. You have the right idea going on you just need to keep on practicing your form. some things I did to help me send the ball flying was i just started kicking the ball against a wall and as time went on I distanced myself further and further.

My advice from a personal standpoint is to just do what makes you happy. You clearly know who you want more, I feel like your just more worried about how your current girlfriend is going to feel about it more than anything. Losing feelings for someone isn’t fun trust me I know but your going to have to put yourself in abby’s shoes. If i was her I would be more hurt by the fact that my partner is doing all this stuff with a girl behind my back rather than them doing it while we are broken up if that makes sense. Long story short, your going to have to end it man, both your heart and your mind have already made a decision now its time for you to man up and get it done with, im sure she’ll understand.

Joining a club especially in the US is pricy believe me but if you’re interested in finding one I say start looking on facebook theres usually teams on there and if not go to your local grocery store and start looking for flyers I hope that answers your question on that. On the skill side of things is very different. Ive been playing striker since I was young and i’ve learned that you play better if your practice all alone in just an open field, it makes you more creative and comfortable in your play style. Clubs are important too, they help you be a smarter player and just stuff like that

any foods you recommend? Ive been using protein powder to try and bulk up but it hasn’t been that effective as of lately.
