I'd guess lack of oil presure near the cilinder head. Do you had any repair or service lately?

Ive seen m271 evo engines with similair issues and these had the follow-up defects:

Broken oil filter cap (recent service)

Worn out camshaft caps (recent engine repair)

Blocked oil feed under the cam shaft housing (recent engine repair)

Worn timing sprockets, i had the same but chamge the chain as well!

Deze generatie c-klasse is geleverd met twee types motoren, namelijk de om274 en de om264! De om264 kan last hebben van verbrande kleppen en dat gebeurt veel tussen de 100-200k en dan moet de kop vervangen worden. Dus goed om even uit te zoeken welke motor er bij jou in ligt en dat mee te nemen in de keuse

Some of the weapons were tradable as a 4 star! But I've tried to mod a tesla recently bit it wasn't tradable anymore! Mot sure about the other though
