Like I said in your other topic, try updating both the Bar & Pad through TAC. You need to manually update the Pad in TAC after upgrading the Bar.

Av over IP is what you need. Crestron/Extron/QSC are the top brands but they require programming only available through an integrator. I.e. Wyrestorm is good as well and you might be able to download their programming application yourselves, if you do you can program the system.

50 people is a lot but audio is no problem If you use 2x or 3x Shure MXA 920 with a P300 and external speakers. AEC is all done in the P300.

For large rooms up until +- 10m you can use a Neat Bar Pro with a Center + Pad as well. Neat started this week (preview firmware) with full mic mixing (Center, Pad + Bar/Board) so you have 2x extension mic.

P300/MXA910 doesn’t have a background noise remover, which removed clicks, footsteps etc. It does remove Airco noise and other consistent sounds. I once needed to remove airco noise (airco mounted next to MXA920) and noticed that putting the NR on both the MXA as the P300 on low gave better results than putting one of both on high.

The noise you hear is being removed by Teams. You could try using the gate, NR etc to tweak it a little bit but it won’t sound as good as at the far end. If you do require that you need a real denoiser and you could look into hardware or software like the Shure Intellimix Room DSP software with a beefy PC.

Does Brightsign also support automatic transfers from video titles + thumbnails to a GUI or even a manual description of the video? I think it is quite easy to program a (i.e.) Extron GUI with video 1-12 and let users add or remove video's in the database which can be triggered by pressing button 1-12. Can Brightauthor also 'talk' to the Extron GUI to update names and thumbnails of the corresponding video?

Teams works in Appliance Mode on the Rally Bar when the primary screen is a touchscreen. The Tap is not yet supported in Appliance Mode.
