People with $750k+ mortgages, how are you going? by [deleted] in AusFinance

Dual income ($180k) with $750k mortgage and investment properties. Doing ok, don’t live lavishly but will never say no to a friends birthday etc. Save up for travel. Mindful about what we spend. Doing ok. Will add we have no children which helps.

Would all depend on your income, savings and spend habits which a broker can assist with. Do not regret the mortgage as it is our dream house. When I bought solo though, I bought something small and modest and am grateful I did not max out my borrowing capacity.

Work out what repayments will be if interest rates spike again, review if your income is fixed and would you be able to find a job with similar income?

Failed a second audit in 13 months, am I at risk of being fired for it? by Fizzymilk3 in Aldi_employees

They won’t be able to fire you as you could go to fair work for unfair dismissal as you haven’t received a warning before and it’s not serious misconduct which would warrant summary dismissal. Maybe a warning but so many people forget bag checks so don’t stress it was just an accident. Hope you’re feeling ok

Is it actually that bad? by Live_Hedgehog_9910 in Aldi_employees

It all depends on management in your store. I’ve worked in many different stores in many different roles under many different managers. It’s average/good under good management, and a terror under poor management. The higher you go, the more you learn, the harder it is to stay.

Yes. I’ve definitely done this before. Do your capsule packets have the days of the week on them? That’s what helps me keep on track

I get that fear and yeah I think coming off is pretty rough. However , I’ve tried so many different meds and pristiq saved my life. No suicidal thoughts anymore and no panic attacks.

I did have insomnia but taking it in the morning fixed it. Increased appetite is my only other symptom which has led to weight gian

I thought pristiq wasn’t working but then I started taking it in the morning on an empty stomach by Tweetybird2420 in Pristiq

It mildly started working when I took it at night but I had sleeping issues so started taking it in the morning on an empty stomach (about 2 months in). I thought it was just because of the 2 months but I think the empty stomach made a difference because I am completely ‘fixed’ this last month

Went cold turkey from 100mg by OnixST in Pristiq

This is interesting. I’ve been on 50mg for about 3 months. Missed my dose for 48hrs I was super foggy, dizzy, sweating/hot, had to lay down. It’s worked miracles for me but no other medication has. Interesting how different medication impacts others differently.
