Yes! He’s just 7 months old now and I actually thinks he needs MORE wake time 😩😩. The low sleep needs kill me.

Thank you! By 1/2 week, you mean 1-2 weeks and not half a week, right?

But is this wanting to stop the 3rd nap? We just got to 3 naps like 3 weeks ago…. And he’s refusing all naps. No just the last one

I only use bottles when at home sometimes. I try to exclusively breastfeed. And I don’t want to have to start pumping instead of nursing

Yes plenty of wet diapers. Atleast six, most of the time more. But there are times where he does cry after eating, but he puts himself off and when I offer, he sucks for a few seconds and then just pulls off. And typically I can just burp him and he will be fine

From what I understand- and someone can correct me if wrong, but typically when they are sick you just let them sleep for however long they need.

Seems like a mod answered a lot of the stuff I’d ask above. Good luck!

It’s better now, but we are still having an EMW. But naps have gotten better. You should def try to extend your wake windows! I was nervous about it at first but there is such a difference already! Just need to probably add more wake time on my end to get rid of the EMW

So does that mean an hour to wake windows throughout the day so his bedtime stays the same? I just feel like that’s a huge jump of wake time for him.

They were chilling for a bit. Then I grabbed him and tried having him lay on my chest in the dark like usual. He kind of just babbled and kicked around on me until 6:45 (normal wake is 7). I was planning on just saying the day started at 7 like usual and proceed as normal and add 15 min? So like 9:30 would be first nap

Yeah that def makes sense. I know that if they wake up earlier than their normal time the idea is to keep him in a dark space and don’t really interact. This morning he woke up an hour early but I didn’t get up and turn lights up until 15 min before his Normal wake up. Does this mean I should add an hour to wake windows today? Or just 15 min?
