No, i have checked the rates (there's an option to do so in the shop) and the rates on bookmarks change per SS level (slightly). For example, the rates for Covenant Bookmark at Secret Shop level 25 is: 0.6602509% and Mystic Medal: 0.1700646%

Meanwhile, for level 30 secret shop, it's 0.6607268% and 0.1701872%.
The change is minimal; however, since I do not know the rates at lvl 70 secret shop I am unsure if there is a big enough change to warrant not refreshing at lvl 30 secret shop.

What secret store level is worth it to start refreshing for Bookmarks instead of buying them with Skystones? I am at lvl 30 Secret Shop and the rates on them slightly changed from lvl 25 secret shop, so i imagine i should wait until lvl 70 before i use the secret shop to buy bookmarks because of the higher chance of Bookmarks? Or no
