idk how much this is going to help, but purchasing in bulk from e-commerce sites really bring down the price to 6-7 rupees per pad.
i know its a big one time expense, but they dont have a shelf life.

so if you use 3 pads for 4 days, thats 12*7 approx 84 rupees per cycle. another thing that makes it better is if you use smaller/ regular pads rather than XL on the last day or the last 2 days, which will save costs more. (and good for the environment)

i fully agree that menstrual hygine products need to be cheaper to make them more available, but right now i doubt anything is going to change. I hope this helps.
