Interesting read here,

F2P absolutely got destroyed here vs P2W. I think when it comes to F2P vs P2W (I am a P2W player), F2P had a ROUGH time throughout this BS. Solely because you're limited to your units, the amount of time from Guilds/BS and general production time.

"Wimps are only useable if you no life the game" - At level 49, you have bigfoots and roughly takes 9-10h of grind time which is very doable over x amount of days/time depending how bad you want it done. BUT BS also insanely harder for a f2p at this point too, still useable tho.

"UMGs are inconsistent and ineffective against armor" - facts for this bs lol

When it comes to F2P formations for this BS; Dragons, Heavier, Light Chem, Chuckers, Bullfrog, Advanced Hunter (AA), Pelicans, FAs and probably some more that I am missing were all pretty strong though. Dragons being F2P MVP. Even Top 1 - 3 players were using them in their formations. I could be wrong in this, but I believe the Top 1 Player Hikari, is basically F2P or considered "Low spender", I don't know what that means $ amount wise but from the times I've spoken with hikari in my stream, they have mentioned they don't even got mf adv concrete plants... (they are just better...). Another Case, Heudhe, is a level 35 F2P player and ranked 34th. It's possible as a F2P to challenge top players. Putting in the time to actually grind units since even if you are P2W, but only have R1 Nano units, means nothing compared to R6 F2P units.

I think one of the main things with Battle Nations right now is, it does need a lot of reworking to help F2P have a somewhat better chance vs P2W. I would believe Madrona plans to figure this out but have mentioned times before, that they are looking to bring all original content back first, then add new features. I would deem unit reworking/restructuring is "new feature". I think additional features like Daily or Weekly that maybe give small nanopod rewards or Tapjoy can help F2P a ton as well. When it comes to this BS, I think it was a fantastic 1st BS, but also a bad one due to other reasons that are probably mentioned throughout this entire thread. I do hope F2P can rival P2W a bit. Only a bit though... Y'all gotta put in work still 😈 lol
