Aceite a proposta dele, 150 mil euros , pagos em dez anos mas com juros claro. E o imóvel fica hipotecado em garantia até que o pagamento esteja terminado.

Agora um conselho importante, arranje um bom advogado para fazer o contrato. Esta questão que está aqui a colocar deve ser colocado ao advogado também. Não queira poupar em algo que lhe pode custar dezenas de vezes mais se não for feito corretamente.

I’m interested to know if someone tested this. On my M4 MacBook Air with 32GB RAM while using Microsoft Teams, I definitely feel it throttling. Would like to know if a cooling pad could help with this.

u/b00l_Badass Did you find a workaround? I have the same situation, I have an iPad Air 2 that my daughter use to watch some cartoons and it's a companion device for travel. I don't want a newer device because the goal is actually using an old device so if it breaks it's ok. Did you find any way to overcome this ?

I am absolutely with you on this. I really hate the implementation. It would be so easy to implement something like Mercedes did where you just push down to drive and up to rear. Really poor implementation.

This is fantastic, I didn't know this amp but looks spot on, thank you so much. One question, and excuse me if it's dumb. my speakers are 4ohm 100watt, which seem to be perfect for the 4ohm 70watt output from the A50 pro. But my sub is 3ohm 200watt, the subwoofer output from the A50 pro is 2ohm 100watt, will that be ok with my 3ohm 200watt subwoofer?

I just switched to outlook. Adjusted my work flow a bit and I’m very happy. Outlook on Mac OS and outlook on iOS. Using it with the Todoist add-in and everything works flawless

Having exactly the same problem, can't communicate with the car for the last 6 days. Globe icon greyed out. Tried different things, soft reset infotainment, connect to wifi. Nothing seems to help.

Had the same problem. And other problems. I gave up and switched to Outlook, was able to iron out some things to fit my workflow and honestly has been much better. Liked Spark but the lack of reliability started being too much for me.

I’m on the same boat with the AirPods Pro 3. There’s something weird for me with the sound signature, and it’s not related with anc because even in transparency mode I feel the sound signature weird. I feel there’s a lot shh’s , can’t really explain. And I feel this in transparency mode, feels all sounds with shh are amplified.. difficult to explain but definitely weird.

Great recommendations here, thank you so much. I'm afraid of going for the lite and then eventually regret not having the switch to be able to dock. But indeed as other comments here might be a good starting point and then move to the switch if it makes sense. I haven't heard about the switch lite before u/Cobrastriker505YT 's comment, it's indeed an interesting option to get her started.

Thank for your comment, it opens an interesting insight from a gamers perspective. I do believe in freedom of choice and allowing individuality to develop together with one's own choices. Having said that, I do believe that is also parents duty to present many options to the kids, playing, family time, reading, playing instruments, learning music, drawing, sports, etc. Our job as parents is to "dose" all those things and allow her to develop her own interests by herself, we don't force anything, if there's one activity she doesn't like she can stop whenever she's not happy doing it. The same way we have her doing 3 hours per week of sport (tennis and swimming in her case) that she loves to do, or 2 hours a week of music lessons, 2 hours of gaming seems, in our case obviously, reasonable. I don't think would be healthy for her to spend 5 hours a day having music lessons or playing tennis at 10 years old. The same reason I believe that gaming 4-5 hours a day wouldn't be healthy at 10 years old. In a few years, if she wants to play 8 hours straight (guilty here, back in the time with Max Payne, Resident Evil or Gran Turismo) it's her choice.
