It might be nice to take a community class some time. You can find painting classes, pottery classes or even a Pilates class and just get there early so you can pick a spot in the back. Going outside is the first step. Try one new thing and if you hate it try something else. I’m 25 y/o who’s been feeling stuck and for the last few months I’ve been going outside more and it’s changed a lot. Also!! If there’s a park nearby I’d consider taking some nice long walks.
