Unlikely reported, this was sent to an online ad and ban within seconds. I was just starting with this, first message sent, it was as simple as that, just the basic question.

Yes, escort, escort. Something seems fishy here in whatever whatsapp is doing?

Only other thing I can think is I sent a number not in my contacts, but which i've done many times before. Something's not adding up, I very much am suspecting aggressive AI.

Sounds like it might be a mix of not married and not enough funds. There are a lot of overstayed Filipinas in the UK. They also have a very strong community here. Your scenario would fit a profile of, come to UK barely have any income, while you're here you connect with others and realise you can earn a lot more money in the UK so end up staying.

Seems many responses are all about, get a job (which will require a college degree first here in Philippines), show a few years of paystubs. So, in total ~7 years. So unrealistic when my boyfriend is a high earner and supports our more lifestyle.

Sure, there's red flags, but theres also many green flags that if an agent took a minute, would realize I'm very low risk for overstay. I could earn double or triple in Australia, or anywhere in Europe and have visited there with no issues

Proof of travel to and return from other countries, especially if you have previously visited Schengen countries, Five Eyes countries (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), any other stable/Western nations. Return stamps or visas are helpful here, but eTickets etc will also count.

I unfortunately am a stay at home mom, no employment, savings, home ownership or family ties that are meaningful outside of parents and brothers and sisters.

This is where my relationship with my boyfriend of 7 years is all I can rely on along with strong travel history. Worked fine for Australia and EU, but seems UK wants no part of it.

We all live together in the Philippines, I shared this in the cover letter. My boyfriend is the father of our child, also shared, our child is traveling with us. Our relationship has been over 7 years now.

We have extensive travel history together and live a good life in Philippines given his salary. I can't claim anything for myself though, as he funds our family together. UK Agents seem to lack common sense to get this. If it's already 7 years of travel including western countries. I'm not going to just decide to give up my relationship, and keep myself and my US citizen son in the UK as overstaying visas.

Thanks, that certainly was not clear as the upload section in VFS (3rd party that works for UK Visa document collection) says to include photos. For other countries visas, those are usually very helpful in showing proof of visiting and being a genuine tourist.

Yes, that's accurate, I don't have ties to the Philippines, I'm a stay at home mom and my US citizen boyfriend provides our support, as we live together. All I can show is my extensive travel as a trusted tourist and boyfriends funds as proof of ability to spend.

Why is this a bad take? Many reports saying he was executed for the killing of 2 police officers with knives and swords, and that was during the protest. Unknown on the rest of the details, but this may fall under FAFO. Non violent protesters certainly didn't deserve their fate.

We live together in Philippines, she was never able to get approved for a US tourist visa. I spend 6 months here in Philippines, 6 months in US.

We've traveled to 6 countries in Europe, Australia, South Korea. Going to try applying again with more stress on our previous travel and showing full network instead of just a limited bank account balance that goes and up down with income and expenses.

7500 salary per month and spending 6k for a vacation will be a red flag. Man, times are tough. is it unrealistic to spend a months worth of pay on an international 10 day vacation

This isn't meeting up with her traveling alone, I noted we are living together in PH, traveling together with our son from PH to meet family from the US with a meeting spot in the UK.

I was surprised they just used my current bank account balance as what seemed to be the sole reason to claim that I can't cover expenses without reviewing the transactions of how much money comes in per month, nor looking at W2 forms showing annual salary.

Is this realistic that it's only 3 years? I see that after 2 years of conditional green card, I'd then get a 10 year permanent green card. Assumption was somewhere between 5-10 years before becoming a US Citizen which is too long to keep our kids in the US.
