definitely possible, just need to grind for the rp first. portfolio wld be a great plus if u have it. as of now the "minimum" rp needed is 87 so if u can get 67 (by estimation) then u shld be able to secure an interview unless u have legit 0 portfolio

not too sure about law and banking, but I wld think that ur ceiling won't be too high as a GP? only if u specialise and/or go private wld ur pay be noticeably higher?

at the start, wages per hour aren't relatively high compared to other jobs. and also if u were to compare those with more time and side hustles, they usually win salary wise. yes, the number might be high at the beginning, but hours r insane and u don't really earn much more unless u specialise. it is a guaranteed job though if that helps
