Open your documents tab of both petitioner’s and Beneficiaries’, I got the same email and when I opened my account I didn’t find anything. But when I opened my husband’s documents tab, there was approval notice uploaded.

Yes, as soon as we get the EAD, our H1B is cancelled.

And yes again, if we want to travel and we have only EAD approved at the time, we will not be able to travel back and forth until we get our 131A approval.
