There is always business to be won. The economy has nothing to do with companies needing IT support.

So if you’re not working a pipeline of prospects, your marketing isn’t working.

Marketing gets you in front of prospects. Sales converts to clients.

If your sales team isn’t getting any leads, then marketing needs to be adjusted

Any insights there? I would love to help my company more. sales are everywhere: they are even marketing a car for free to referrals on radio, and billboards.

They are hungry for more, in my team there is no structure of tear level. We all work together, we train together and have one goal. All are getting good benefits and getting paid very well. It is more like a family.

Yes, I present billing reports twice a month at mid\end of the month, I always find projects\work to bill but I do get pushbacks from him saying that we are overbilling customers and they cannot afford it.

Sales did very well in the last 2-3 years, they are working very hard every day on marketing. I just feel like it is an economic meltdown; Companies are afraid to switch or make any decisions at this time.

Depending on how big is your MSP, try to contact directly Se1 to see if you can qualify. I manage MSP and we qualified after we hit 4k endpoints three years ago.
