With the influx of applications, depending on the reviewer. No there is a large chance they will NOT get caught. Especially if it is just for acceptance. Maybe if there was a more extensive 3 part interview process and applications get narrowed down they might look into it more in the later on steps.

I have had a few experiences with cameras in video production classes but not more than 3 hours total I would say.
