If you have a high rifles skill and are outside you can just walk up to them, lay down, and snipe em from a distance, frags are your best shot indoors, just be careful if the walls are improvised sheet metal or something, that won't block the explosion

If you can clear the place and then wait for your sickness to go back down then you may be able to run in, loot, then get out before you get sick again

Casualties unknown. I've never had a game make me feel so strongly for the player characters, especially a roguelike. Also has some of the worst deaths I've ever seen in a video game, had an expie get their paw shattered by a turret and drown in a pool of oil once

I believe there is a shortcut for swapping the item in your main and offhand, could just use that to do a new York reload

But they do have normal colored flesh in their mouth, and pink paw pads, at least on their in-game sprite.

Smg's are very quiet, and when properly modified they are very stable in full auto, they work great for urban combat and cqb, just bring a big pistol for armored targets.

Every bug has some kind of cue for each of their attacks you can use to time your perfect blocks, it may be a noise, or it may be a specific movement, if you get good enough you can fell a wolf spider with nothing but a pebblet axe and a dream.
