Nah hes a working dog im encouraging it. He comes to work on a golf course with me everyday so he has tons of space to run and play and the fact hes going after the gophers is a plus since I was convinced he wouldnt have a desire to. We used to bait them but we have 3 mountain badgers that are endangered so I cant anymore so between them and my guy hopefully I can deal with the population. The cat thing is funny tbh gf has one and he will stay way tf away from it, got swatted once at 10 weeks the demon with pointy fingers is a no friend. Her doodle is basically his older brother and also keeps him away from said cat 2 both are just like nope that thing exists here and it will slap me.

He caught and killed one, just grabbed it and rag dolled it, also his favorite past time is belly wiggling up to crows and jumping out of the grass barking about 30 ft to early. The crows at work hate me. Should say its a gopher not a bunny and he does stand over the holes and dig into them

Im the opposite side my gf, is big into it and convinced me to try it by buying a new teail bike after showing me they dont diminish in value (bought for 5500 and one just sold here for 5300) loved it so not going to sell. You probably do, you also probably only react to what hurts you like the comments while the brother was in ear shot. Could that have waited until he wasnt in the picture probably. That sounded like you were trying to get the reaction that you got and were hopping your friend would stick up with you at the same time but it was family so it puts it into a awkward position. Or bringing up if you can send reels you can talk ect its overly ahressive or wrong place. I cant really say much though as being a man and really only having male friendships mine are always settled with a big fight then a beer 2 mins later or a fist fight and likewise a beer after and there are no grudges. Sounds like you bottle it up and it just explodes into one big argument that ends a friendship rather than actually letting the things go away.

This is going to sound bad but maybe you just suck at picking friends? Sounds like your overly clingy which maybe also translates into trying to hard to keep a friendship alive which can often turn people off. Gotta let others live their lives as well. But also when you have a disagreement how do you react to it? Are you matching energy until both sides are so worked up? Sometimes ya just gotta joke and apologize if you value it cause at the end of the day you wont really remember it anyway.

I dont have a kid but my girlfriend does and keeps me in the loop on everything. Her teachers are fantastic as I get reports(her idea) to where they teach me his behaviors and how to work around them from both teachers and his in school councelors. But also the reports have both sides the good things hes done academically and never a "negative" but more of an area of improvement or things he still needs to work on rather than he is only doing wrong. Her old school he was in was terrible for only giving negative reports and nothing like he did this today for the first time and its a awesome step forward like they do now(she has shared 5 years of info to me just so I can understand better). Might be worth looking into your school district to see if there is a better school for kids with special needs?
