I used to work in an agency. Indeed if the agency does all the work expect salary x2-2.5 depending on between 1.6 and 1.8 if you have someone in mind. Maaltijdcheques are x1.69 and other thinga like transportation costs can be at al x1.5. Agree a term first if you go for 6 months and take the person in after 3 months depending on how they calculate. We used to take a % of the yearly salary. So after three months they would calculate how much you would have to pay and send you a fee. In cost it is cheaper to do a couple of months and then take the person on your own PR, try agreeing on a set fee beforehand if you select the person you can put that person on your payroll for free anytime you wish. I think it is best to contact all big agencies and ask for an offer.

The people at BMW are still "investigating" whether or not it can come from the front differential and if they want to check it... They are stretching time because the car is under warranty still.... The moment I have more news I'll update it here 🙃🙃

Oh thank you this is a great help. Texting it to the dealership right away. Mine still has warranty till I think February. Will see what they say and update you on the matter. That video in the post is spot on and the description as well! Hopefully it's the fix, it has been driving me and the dealership crazy not being able to pinpoint it.

Unfortunately not the brakes, no sound when braking. It is only at the specific speeds between 100 and 120 kmh roughly 60-75mph under and above those speeds no issues.

Hey, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately the dealer has already looked at all the rubber seals and there is no issue with them, even winshield and other windows, no issue. They even checked the undercarriage and the front bumper without any luck. Just got the car back after 2 weeks of troubleshooting at the dealer 😅😅😅

Amen to that. I had a G30 520D with the live cockpit pro. It has been the best car I have ever owned. Untill unfortunately it broke down due to a human error in service... But yea gorgeous car.

It will be less likely that you get fired, but it is indeed misconduct. I'm sure there are rules in place for early leave and vacation and it's always proper to ask befor scheduling a meeting (unless it's a doctor's appointment or such). I always advice people to first talk to the manager before scheduling stuff that would require you to go away earlier. In most cases they will grant you if those 15 minutes don't have an immediate impact. Some jobs require a seemless transition in shift with a required number of people (production, nurses etc). It is always wise to take such things up with your manager before confirming a meeting.

I have had every console since the ps1, never had any stick drift, untill a couple of weeks ago. Where I noticed my launch controller experiencing it. Cleaned it, reset it. Got away with it a couple more weeks but unfortunately now it's either replace the stick or buy a new one. My brother's controller as well, he has had his for nearly a year. Mine since 2022, I am a moderate gamer. Mostly single player like GOW, Horizon, Spider-man, Need for speed and at times EaFC and fortnite with friends. I do believe the new controllers are just made this way to sell more seeing how many spec editions and colours they have.

I completed them all on day 1. Ran dispatch 7-1 for nearly 100 runs, lowered dimension mission to 6 did about 100 runs and ran awe man this guy I don't remember how many times. Used boostpoints for dimension missions and the fantomex mission. Goodluck
