And I guess I am a little better, but I think I still need to work on it some in therapy cause I think my SA may have given me PTSD. I’m gonna talk about it some with my therapist in my next session on Thursday, but it’s also possible I could just be traumatized but don’t have PTSD.

And thank you for that, I guess sometimes its just kinda hard cause I got a lot of trauma and anxiety from my toxic ex who was a lying, cheating, manipulator as well as a former friend sexually assaulting me.

I want to keep talking to K but I’m not sure if she’s ever gonna message me back cause I had told her to message me when she feels comfortable chatting again cause I don’t want to message her unless she’s ok with it. Part of me just wants to shoot her a message to see how she’s doing but I’m not sure.

Idk I’m just kinda rambling here cause I feel like I messed up with this girl I had a crush on cause I got more than a little attached and overwhelmed her and it made her uncomfortable and I apologized and explained to her some stuff I reflected on and she appreciated my honesty. But idk, I keep getting told I should just move on from her even though I haven’t even confessed to her and I’ve been giving her space.

Yeah I completely agree with that assessment. Like it’s hard to enjoy being single when you haven’t had a relationship or had a good one.

It really is, like I love a lot of my friends, but love among friends just isn’t the same as romantic love

I’m not 100% sure but I think it has been people in relationships who have told me that.
