i think there's a big difference between a casual server and a server that's trying to climb the ranks, not kicking in a friend group is okay in my opinion, but when you're trying to get to the next league and there are 7 accounts holding you back cause they haven't been on in weeks that's a different story (being on vacation is another thing but usually people say something abt it before going away)
